We constantly fine tune our presets for different cameras.

After your purchase, you will get access to all currently available calibrations

If your camera is not on the list - which rarely happens - use another calibration of the same brand. If you purchased the custom calibration option, you will be able to send us 15 RAW files after your purchase and we use them to calibrate the presets for you :).

The Problem with presets...
is that most packs are developed using images from one camera model. This often times results in Presets that work well on one camera but look horrible on other camera models.

The reason for this is that different brands produce different color outputs that need to be handled.

To adress this issue, we calibrate our presets for your specific camera model!
Presets are not meant as a one click solution but having them calibrated for specific models surely helps to get a great starting point!

Sometimes banks put payments on hold. Try calling your bank and confirm the transaction is intentional.

Try a different payment method or contact us if it still doesn't work

You should have recieved an email with a download link right after your order. If that isn't the case, please check your spam folder first.

Maybe there was a little typo when entering your email but don't worry! Just send us your full name and email adress (and order number if you have one) and we will take care of this. Send the info to: alex@bitesandtickles.com

To install the desktop presets, download them first on the thank you page. Unzip the downloaded folder. Next, open up Lightroom and switch to the develop module. On the left side, you will see the field "presets". Click the little plus icon right next to it and locate the files you downloaded. Depending on your Lightroom version the process can be a bit different but there are tons of tutorials on youtube explaining how to import presets. If you are still having any troubles just contact us and we'll gladly help.

If you are using an old version of Lightroom that is only compatible with .lrtemplate files, please contact us before buying the presets via our chat.

To install the mobile presets, you need to first install the free app Lightroom on your phone. afterwards, download your files. unzip the downloaded folder (depending on your phone, you might need a free unzipping app). Next, open up Lightroom and import photos. Locate the dng files you downloaded and import them into Lightroom like you would import photos.

Afterwards, open up the important files as if you would want to edit them. You will see that there are already a bunch of settings applied to the image. on the top right (or somewhere on the bottom depending on your version) you should see the option "Presets" Click it and select "create new preset". Name it and hit save. Repeat this process for the other presets as well.

Now you can acess all your presets and apply them to every image you like. If you need further help please send us a message.

In most cases, the Presets look good right of the bat. However, no Preset is a one fits all solution. If you already bought presets in the past, you probably know that already. We recommend changing whitebalance (in most cases warm up the image), Exposure, contrast and sometimes highlights or shadows.

If you ever have any questions, please just shoot us a message, we are happy to help anytime!

Mobile Presets can be used with the free mobile app Lightroom. They are meant to transform your phone shots and give them a unique look. Mobile Presets are perfect for beginners and anybody that likes to take photos with their phone. The mobile pack is a bit different than the desktop pack to better match the files your phone produces.

While our mobile presets are calibrated to work perfectly with phone shots, our desktop Presets are perfect for RAW files. We recommend the desktop presets if you are shooting with a camera and have basic knowledge about how to edit within Lightroom as these Presets are a bit more advanced and may need some tweaking to make them look perfect (don't worry, we'll go over that in the tutorial). To use the desktop presets, you will need Lightroom for desktop, which is - unlike Lightroom mobile - a paid software.

For desktop: You will need adobe Lightroom installed on your PC. These Presets will also work with Adobe Camera Raw.

If you bought the mobile presets you only need the free app "Lightroom"

The mobile Presets are meant for anyone that enjoys taking images with their phone and is looking for a warm, moody and unique style that feels like a warm coffee in the afternoon. They are easy to use and  give your images a consistent look.

The Desktop Presets are for experienced photographers that are looking for the perfect brown tones and want that moody modern look.

If the presets look different from what's shown here, there can only be a few main reasons:

1. The Presets are not yet calibrated for your camera (in that case, head to the thank you page to learn what we need from you to calibrate them).

2. Maybe you shot in totally different and tricky light (for example harsh midday sunlight or indoor with the lamps being on) Make sure to shoot during evening hours, when it's clody or in shade for the best results. Avoid green surfaces that reflect sunlight if you can. When inside, turn all lights off if you have enough light coming through the window.

3. Your whitebalance isn't right. This is the most common issue. The Whitebalance has the biggest impact on your photo, so we recommend mastering this slider and paying close attention to how it affects the colors. In most cases, we recommend you warm up the image significantly.

We feel you! So often you buy a preset pack just to find out the presets don't even look close to what you thought they would on your files.

No matter what others say, it's a fact that different cameras produce different files with different color handling.

Which is why we go out of our way and calibrate your preset pack as best as we can to match your camera files. We strive to deliver the best product available. You'll learn how to have the Presets calibrated for your camera on the thank you page or directly after your order.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we can not offer returns or refunds.

If you are for some reason unhappy with your order tho, just write us and we will fix it/figure out how to make you satisfied ♥
